Dr Emma Inglis is a passionate health professional who believes in delivering the best possible outcomes for her patients.  Dr Inglis is very understanding and caring and makes sure all of her patients are given the attention and time needed to make them feel comfortable.

After completing her medical training at the University of Sydney graduating with honours, Dr Inglis completed her specialist training at Westmead Hospital. This included advanced training in laparoscopic and pelvic floor surgery. During her last year of training she was the Clinical Superintendent of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Westmead Hospital. She currently holds a public appointment at both Westmead and Auburn Public Hospitals.

Dr Inglis enjoys supervising and mentoring junior doctors and those training to specialise in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She is a training supervisor for RANZCOG and clinical lecturer for medical students at the University of Sydney and the University of Notre Dame.

Dr Inglis regularly attends conferences to stay up to date with the latest practices and developments in her field.  Her special interests are in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and improving the lives of her patients.

  • Research interests include publications in international O&G journals, and presentations at international conferences.
  • Extensively involved in teaching  and mentoring medical students, junior doctors, and specialists in training
  • Training supervisor for RANZCOG
  • Member of Australasian Gynaecological Endoscopy & Surgery Society (AGES)
  • Member of UroGynaecological Society of Australasia (UGSA)
